PERIOD FOR WITHDRAWING FROM THE CONTRACT
The buyer has the right to inform Bami Plus d.o.o. in writing within 30 days that they are withdrawing from the contract. To withdraw from the contract, fill out the form found HERE. The 30-day period for withdrawing from the contract begins the next day after the receipt/delivery of the ordered goods.
METHODS OF REFUND
Refunds are issued to the buyer using the same payment method used during the purchase, except for cash on delivery payments, where the buyer receives a refund to their transaction account.
ACTUAL PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAULTY PRODUCT
The buyer can exercise their rights due to an actual defect if they inform the seller about the defect within two months from the day the defect was discovered. In the notice, the buyer must describe the defect in detail and allow the seller to inspect the item. The consumer who properly informs the seller about the defect has the right to request the following from the seller:
– to remove the defect on the goods or return a portion of the paid amount proportional to the defect; or
– to replace the faulty goods with new, defect-free goods; or
– to refund the paid amount.
If the existence of a defect on the goods or a fault in the service is not disputed, the seller must fulfill the consumer’s requests as soon as possible and no later than within 8 days. If the existence of the defect is disputed, the seller must respond to the consumer in writing within 8 days after receiving the request.
WHEN IS A DEFECT CONSIDERED ACTUAL?
– If the item does not have the properties required for its normal use or circulation;
– If the item does not have the properties required for a specific use known to the seller or should have been known to the seller;
– If the item does not have the properties or characteristics that were explicitly or implicitly agreed upon or prescribed;
– If the seller has delivered an item that does not correspond to the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown for information purposes only.
The suitability of goods for normal use is assessed concerning ordinary goods of the same kind, taking into account any statements made by the seller about the features of the goods provided by the seller or manufacturer through advertising, product representation, or information on the product itself.
HOW IS AN ACTUAL DEFECT DETERMINED?

The liability for material defects is governed by the provisions of the law regulating obligations and the Consumer Protection Act.
WHEN DOES THE SELLER NOT RESPOND TO ACTUAL DEFECTS?
The seller is not responsible for actual defects if it is proven that two years have passed since the delivery of the goods. It is considered that the defect existed at the time of delivery if it appears within six months of delivery. Consumer rights expire two years from the day of the defect notice.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR PRODUCT EXCHANGE
To request a refund or product exchange, fill out the online form. If the defect/damage to the product is visible from the attached picture/video within the online form, we will inform you that there is no need to return the product, and you will receive a refund or a product exchange in the shortest possible time or within 30 working days from the receipt of your request. If the defects/damages are not visible in the picture/video, or if you withdraw from the contract, after filling out the complaint form, you will receive a complaint code via email, which you attach to the package and then send the package to the address provided in the email. If you return the product, the refund or product exchange will be processed within 30 working days from the receipt of the package.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING GOODS
The cost of returning goods is borne by the buyer. We do not accept packages with cash on delivery for returned products. The return address is provided in the email you receive after requesting contract withdrawal, refund, or product exchange.
RETURNING GOODS AFTER THE 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD
Since customer satisfaction is our priority, our online store offers an extended 30-day “No Joke” guarantee, meaning you can still withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the package. After 30 days from receiving the package, you can only request a material defect claim or product exchange.
